UE LifeSciences Inc. (UELS) is a Philadelphia, PA based corporation with a mission to design, develop and commercialize globally adoptable, clinically effective and sustainable non-invasive breast cancer detection solutions for women of all ages and demographics. UELS creates automated technologies that do not require highly skilled medical practitioners for accurate and effective test administration and/or data analysis.

Following is a brief introduction to our management team:

Mihir Shah, Founder & CEO

Mihir has extensive experience over the past six years in expedient commercialization of medical device technologies by making simultaneous efforts domestically in the US and overseas. Following the successful commercialization of IQ™, a Drexel born non-invasive impedance cardiography technology, Mihir founded UE LifeSciences Inc. Mihir also served as the Regional Director - Asia for InfraScan, Inc. a Philadelphia based brain diagnostics company. Mr. Shah earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Drexel University. Mihir is the recipient of the 2001 Business Plan Competition Award presented by the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship at Drexel University.

Matthew Campisi, Co-Founder & VP Technology

Mr. Campisi co-founded Infrared Sciences and served as VP of Computer Systems since the company’s formation in 1999. He was responsible for software design management, algorithm development, and hardware and software automation. Prior to that, Mr. Campisi managed software development for Globecomm Systems Inc (NASDAQ: GCOM). His area of expertise included design of specialized real-time hardware status and automation systems for commercial and government satellite earth station terminals, as well as artificial intelligence software. Mr. Campisi holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (BSCompE) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from Polytechnic University, where he currently teaches several graduate electrical engineering courses. He has a pending US Patent.
